1. What Mintmark is

Mintmarkprovides educational articles and interactive calculators about personal finance, free of charge. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't, the honest remedy is to not use the site.

Nothing here is individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no reader–adviser relationship is created. Figures are illustrative; rates, limits, and rules change. Verify numbers with primary sources and consider a qualified fiduciary professional before significant decisions.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to be correct and dated — and we will still occasionally be wrong or stale. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Calculators model common scenarios, not your exact contract terms; your lender's or broker's numbers govern.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape the site at disruptive volume, attempt to probe or damage our systems, or republish articles wholesale.
• Don't use the contact or newsletter systems for spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.
• Quoting excerpts with attribution and a link back is welcomed and encouraged.

5. Intellectual property

Articles, calculators' design and code, and the Mintmark name and marks are our property or licensed to us. Photography appears via the Pexels license with credit to individual photographers.

6. Third-party links and ads

We link to third-party sites and display third-party advertising. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on our monetization page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintmark and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial losses — arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

8. Changes
